This jacket for cold seasons has four layers:
Outer Shell: Nomex fabric. It is fire retardant, oil proof and anti-static. It also has good resistance to acids and alkalis.
Moisture barrier: GORE-TEX . This layer could stop water from outside but let perspiration and heat inside evaporate into the atmosphere.
Thermal Barrier: This uses the non-woven felt made of FR ARAMID which is flame resistant and anti heat radiation.
Comfortable layer: Flame resistant cotton.

STAND-UP COLLAR WITH HOOK AND LOOP CLOSURE
3M 8930# FR REFLECTIVE STRIPS
It has the same construction with fire fighting suit.
